Title: Whats missing?
Size:80 cm x90 cm ( 80x30 per panel)
Medium: Acrylic on canvas
One of the books I read before starting this work was Touch by Richard Kearney. It resonated deeply with me, especially this line: "We lose touch with our elementary feelings about death; they flee underground and return as phantoms." This work was one of the few works I created after the death of my pet dog, reflecting a sense of loss and disconnection. For the first time, I explored working in a triptych format, experimenting to present three distinct narratives with intentional breaks. I drew inspiration for this approach from Max Beckmann's triptych series.
Title: London faces (series)
size: 41 cm x 31 cm
Medium: Oil on canvas

An exhibition by Viktor Boullet encouraged me to create a series of portraits. These portraits were done intuitively, with some based on references from people I had documented.I aimed to find a sense of identity in these portraits, often reflecting my feelings, thoughts, remembered moments, and people.

Title: Don’t look up,2024.
size: 175 cm x 132 cm.
Medium: Oil on canvas, video projection.
I have been quite fascinated with incorporating videos and film into my work. This particular piece is a composition created from various photos and documentation I captured in London. Compared to my previous experiences, I noticed how people in London often avoid eye contact and remain within their own worlds, something that became very evident to me in my daily encounters. I worked with Adobe After effects and Premiere Pro to create a projection mapping within the gap of the painting.
